3) Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order means you are offering to buy the selected items.
Your order is confirmed only when we accept it for processing/dispatch.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, listed incorrectly, or we suspect misuse/fraud.

4) Prices

All prices are shown in PKR (unless stated otherwise).
Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Any delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.

5) Payment Method (Cash on Delivery)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You agree to pay the full invoice amount at the time of delivery. If a courier requests verification, you may need to confirm your order before dispatch.

6) Delivery (All Pakistan)

We deliver across Pakistan to the address you provide at checkout.
Please ensure your address, city, and phone number are correct.
Delivery timelines vary by city and courier operations.
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier disruptions.

7) Delivery Attempt & Refusal

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, the courier may attempt delivery again.
Repeated failed attempts or refusal to accept delivery may lead to order cancellation.
We may restrict COD for repeated refusals or suspicious order activity.

8) Product Information

We try our best to display accurate product details. However, colors, packaging, edition/print, or minor specifications may vary. If a major detail changes, we may contact you before dispatch when possible.

9) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We handle returns, refunds, and exchanges according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review that page before placing an order.

Items must be unused and in original condition/packaging (where applicable).
Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., certain stationery, sealed items, or clearance/sale items).
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, contact us as soon as possible with photos.

10) Cancellations

You can request cancellation before dispatch.
If the order is already dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the Returns process may apply.
